Questions, answered
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. All of our monthly services are month-to-month — there's no long-term contract to sign. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Is QuickBooks Online included in the price?
No. Software subscriptions like QuickBooks Online aren't included in any package. You'll subscribe directly with the provider, and we'll do all the work inside your existing account.
What if my transaction volume goes over my plan's limit?
We'll always reach out before any additional charges apply — never a surprise invoice. If you're consistently going over, we'll help you find the tier that actually fits.
Do I need Bookkeeping Clean-Up before starting Monthly Bookkeeping?
Only if your books are behind. The $395 Diagnostic Review tells us exactly what shape things are in, and that fee is credited toward either a Clean-Up project or a Monthly Bookkeeping engagement if you move forward within 30 days.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes, anytime. As your business grows, you can upgrade to a higher tier or add services like Payroll or Invoice Management whenever it makes sense.
